By accessing or using Bichos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Bichos is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of exotic pets, including reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, fish, and birds. Bichos facilitates listings and communication between users but is not a party to any transaction.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All animals listed must be legally owned and permitted for sale in the seller's jurisdiction. Bichos reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws.

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Bichos does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale and transport of animals.
Bichos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
